Also, speaking of so many eggs, I should have a taken a pciture of a dinner I had last week. I made sabich (roasted/fried eggplant and chopped hard boiled eggs), but I had run out of pita, so I just combined it in a big pile with the couscous, humus, and hot sauce. It looked abysmal, but tasted really good

We had margaritas with spice infused simple syrup. It was really good, and better than the normal martinis (aka vodka with an olive tossed in and closed bottle of vermouth waved over it) than my cousins normally make.
