Japanese shaved ice is a strange thing to me, but this is just like double weird. I'm guessing peanut butter?

No they definitely have wax paper on them. And I actually like canned tamales in boxed mac & cheese. My shameful garbage food loves are all blending together.

Those are great too. But much like a fine, high quality, good meat sausage doesn't trigger the same warm memories of a vaguely tube-shaped slush of testicles and eyeballs that is a low grade hot dog, canned tamales and the good stuff are entirely different experiences.

Yes, it does. I could go out right now, drive two minutes to the local dairy wholesaler, and pick up a 10-year old cheddar block and it would look similar melted. This topic seems to come up every time someone posts an orange cheese, like everyone thinks every orange cheese is velveeta or something.

I'm generally a pretty good devotee to the church of the store brand, they're cheaper and generally mostly the same. But even I have to say that store-brand soda is the absolute worst. I mean yeah it kind of has to be to be two bucks for a 12 pack but goddamn is it bad. But I still bought it anyways.
