Did the realtor give comparables to backup their estimate? I've only sold 1 home (and it was with a 1% fee realtor), but they showed me a bunch of comps and suggested listing between $145k and $150k. We wanted to sell quickly so we went with $145k.

Holy poo poo adding 3 circuits and 4 outlets can't be more than 2 hours of work and like $100 in materials. I wish I could make $750 an hour.
