New season coming along. New disappointments. New heroes. New shitlords. This is also the last season that TV 2 will show this marvelous league of ours. Last season Rosenborg did the double. Rosenborg BK - Sarpsborg 08 22.11.2015 by Eivind Hauger, on Flickr Half of these players are now gone. The teams: Aalesund They want John Arne Riise. Staying up, but just barely. Bodø/Glimt Sorry Euroboy; your boys will be relegated. Brann Look! The circus is back! Haugesund Hired the assistant of Ole Gunnar Solskjær as manager. Staying up. Lillestrøm I want them to go down. I really really REALLY want them to go down. Molde Solskjær is back, and he got Eidur Gudjohnson with him to score all the goals. Potential winners. Odd Got some headlines when they won the first leg against Borussia Dortmund last season. Potential winners (but only if they can keep Fagermo). Rosenborg Won the last season, will probably do it again. Move along, nothing to see. Sarpsborg 08 The french invasion in Tippeligaen. Used to have Brian Deane as head coach. Will probably stay up. Sogndal Newly promoted. They won nearly every home match last season. Potential relegation candidates. Probably qualification. Stabæk Lost Bob Bradley to the french side Le Havre. Now they have a scotsman in charge. Won't go down, but won't win the league either. Start Won the playoff against Jerv. Sold Ajer to Celtic. Will go down. Strømsgodset Potential winner. Lots of quality, but sold Iver Fossum to Hannover. Bought Parr for the Ødegaard-money. Tromsø With relegation looming they sold their top scorer and bought a former TV-host. Going down. Viking Kjell Jonevret wanted local lads, but got alot of nigerians. Won't get relegated, but won't win anything either. Vålerenga The best club in the world. Will probably win the league. So guys. Who will win? Who will get relegated? Should we do some toxxes? azathosk fucked around with this message at 11:49 on Mar 11, 2016 |

I'd put all my money in my pockets on Rekdal being the first manager getting the sack this season. But then I remember he and Trøim are best buddies and VIF can't afford to fire him.

We got this players: Ernest Agyiri (on loan) from Manchester CIty Thomas Elsebutangen from Pors Grenland Kristoffer Hay from Hønefoss Markus Nakkim back from loan at Strømmen Magnus Retsius Grødem from Bryne Not one above 20. What is this evil sorcery that prevents us from getting broken, over the hill and old forwards/midfielders?

I agree with Edvardsen on this one, although I would probably be mad as hell if he did this to my team. This just backfires on LSK. It's great that they use all their energy on debating Edvardsen through the media instead of focusing on just doing better... I'm starting to be a bit worried about Vålerenga. We've become poo poo the last few games and have a pretty hard schedule, and we will have to fight hard to avoid relegation. I tried to guess the last games of the season and got this table (used this calculator http://www.worldfootball.net/table_calculator/nor-eliteserien/):

Round 29 happened yesterday. Vålerenga - LSK as the big match (but Godset - RBK as the most entertaining?). Sogndal and Vålerenga are finally safe from relegation, but Lillestrøm, Bodø/Glimt, Tromsø and Stabæk could all go down. I got some pictures from the derby between Vålerenga and Lillestrøm: Vålerenga Fotball - Lillestrøm Sportsklubb 30.10.2016 by Eivind Hauger, on Flickr Vålerenga Fotball - Lillestrøm Sportsklubb 30.10.2016 by Eivind Hauger, on Flickr Vålerenga Fotball - Lillestrøm Sportsklubb 30.10.2016 by Eivind Hauger, on Flickr Vålerenga Fotball - Lillestrøm Sportsklubb 30.10.2016 by Eivind Hauger, on Flickr

Due to bad weather during the play-off match between Jerv and Mjøndalen got postponed after 45 minutes or so. Jerv is in the lead 1-0. They will restart the match on saturday or something. In the other play-off match Kongsvinger won 2-0 against Sandnes Ulf. The winner of Kongsvinger - Jerv/Mjøndalen will play Stabæk in the final round.
