I used a better list from here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_Tippeligaen#Stadia_and_locations Another surprising thing I found out is that Norway, at least the cities where most of the stadium are, isn't that cold. The only place that has colder winters than Tallinn is Tromsø.
