It was impossible to tell from your previous screenshots, but now that we have this:


A guitar has six strings, and a bass has four. (Or five, six, seven, etc. depending on the musician, but mostly four. :v:) Roxie's bandmate has an instrument with six pegs coming off the top. Those are used to tune each individual string, meaning she plays a six-string instrument, probably a guitar. (Of course, she says that she plays the guitar, so that one's easy. :v:) Roxie only has four tuning pegs at the top of her instrument, meaning she almost certainly plays a bass. Or possibly an incredibly massive and unique ukelele. :getin:
