the main problem with Dunky D's is that they're crazy inconsistent. the one close to my old job could actually brew an ok pot of coffee that was drinkable with less sugar and cream, but definitely not the one closer to my house.

It's all pretty easy. They Say that the metal filters let through a little more of the oils in the coffee, but I never noticed much of a difference. As for like cleanup and poo poo, the metal filter didn't add any extra work, though someone in the house did eventually dump it in the trash by accident at one point.
