Barack Obama is using the last of his power to change the word Poverty to an adverb. He's working on a bailout for all the Poverts.

Poverty is an adjective. "That's one poverty convenience store." The adverb is povertly. "I am going to live povertly."

Both from the noun "to pove," of course.
