In all seriousness, I absolutely refuse to believe there wasn't some kind of trolling going on when Trump made his rallygoers give him a Hitler salute. Even if it was only on the level of "Man, these people love me so much, I bet I could tell them to give me the Nazi salute and they'd do it. Watch!"

He doesn't have to be a Hillary plant for him to be a non-serious candidate. Maybe Trump just really, really hates the republicans?
