Can a ghost consent

depends on the relationship between the two entities and the powers of the ghost. like, if the ghost is summoned against its will through a ritual for a medium's bidding, or if a gaggle of teens wandering into a haunted house force themselves on a haunted artifact without a seance to establishing whether it's okay? obviously non-consensual. on the flipside, a ghost haunting someone's privates out of the blue is also ghostrape. but it's possible for two entities to establish loving, responsible and mature contact with proper communication about boundaries and intent beforehand.

lordernie if you're getting a new kind of animal have you considered something more exotic like alpacas, emus or ostriches

any excess with cows would have to be either thrown out or sold for low prices on the local market (since cattle production is common) while selling the excess of a less common animal would fetch a higher price

drawback to this would be that it's harder to find veterinary help that'd know what to do with an emu, or specialized handling equipment

youd just be raising them for meat i guess but id rather do rabbits

according to the american ostrich association, ostriches lay 45 to 50 eggs a year and the eggs are equivalent to 2 dozen chicken eggs in volume
