What're the workshop rules for derivative content? Plain nogo? Mostly asking since you know the first¹ mod in the game will be adding all the Star Control 2 races. ¹ Other possible first mods: Culture Ship Names, Spaze Byzantium, Space Touhous, the inevitable mod that makes all the aliens naked with oversized mammary glands even if they're not mammalian and so clearly wouldn't have them.
