They updated the livevox dialer and you can't hit the ready button on tablets because it has no touch target, I had 4 people at a phone bank last night who couldn't make calls and it was some serious bullshit. The fact that it is a flash based dialer doesn't help

Livevox is like 4 times as good since you're getting cellphone numbers instead of just landlines, but Hub still works in a pinch and you get to make calls at least.
