I commented that I wanted them (senior cats chillest cats), so they got them both to the vet for checkups. Turns out, the orange one was in such bad shape he had to be put down after a couple days living with a shelter employee, given the best couple days he probably ever had. I picked up the old white man, who the shelter called Grandpa so I named Pawpaw. Oh gosh. I love old cats. The next time I get a cat I think I want an older one like that, but I have three already, so it'll be quite a while.

ShoKo!  His channel is pretty awesome. This is basically my Leo. It's very sweet and cute, except that Leo's a giant 20 pound fluffy tubbo, so him trying to jump on me and sit on my at all times gets a little painful.edit: Ohshit, new page, have some actual content. This is the tubbo in question, jumping onto my desk in front of one of my monitors because I wasn't petting him enough.

I am actually tearing up at the story of Lazarus. I have not had to deal with the death of a pet since I was a kid but having gotten my current three cats I know it will hit me hard. Hell, the kitten I found last year and I posted about in the last cute thread I think who passed away shortly after had me basically out of it and useless for a month. You try very hard not to get too attached to wild, potentially sick kittens like him, but goddangit the only thing he wanted in the world was to sit on my chest and put his head under my chin. I dare anyone not to just fall in love with that. I hope you have lots of good times with her for as long as she decides to stick around again.
