My sister is getting a German Shepherd puppy next month. Before you ask, she tried to adopt--but no adoption agencies would let her have a dog because she doesn't have a fenced-in yard and the adoption agency reps were assholes. So, she got in touch with a local Shepherd breeder who raises and shows them. They had one female puppy left in the last litter, and the pups will be ready to leave their mother first week in October. Every week she gets a "pupdate" from the breeder with pictures. This was last week's:  When she sent it to me, I made this face for about 10 straight minutes:  My memory is hazy but I recall saying things like "LOOK AT ITS FLURF" and "I WANT TO SCROOF ITS FLOOF". She lives a half mile from my house. Needless to say, I will spend very little time at my own house in October. Fritz Coldcockin has a new favorite as of 03:45 on Sep 6, 2016 |

I'm not a cat person but I want to sit with all those cats on my lap and just pet them for a few hours. I cried this morning and on and off throughout the day. I'm trying so hard to tell myself that we will survive this, just as we survived Bush. I'm such a goddamn baby  Also that squirrel is real fat yo.

Being Christmas day the whole family was there to be with dad and my brothers and I were able to drive out to dad's property in the country and bury her under her favorite shade tree. We then drank to her memory at a late christmas dinner. Oh, God, I can't stop crying. Jesus Christ. My sincerest condolences. I've lost a dog around Christmastime, but I can't even imagine how much it must have hurt to have it happen on Christmas Day. Molly sounds like the best dogge
