I'm looking for games that I can play with my wife. What games look to be the best for multiplayer with people who don't play games?

I'm already sold on Snipperclips and Mario Kart. ARMS looks good, but I don't know if I want to get a second set of joycon so soon. Is Shovel Knight coop accessible?

I haven't owned a console for years and I'm so hyped for the Nintendo Switch!
