There is a zero % chance that they are releasing a "tablet" device with no touch screen. You won't be able to use it while TV-mounted, but you'll be able to play mobile games on it. We already know Nintendo is porting their mobile games to it.

The rumors were that there would be ports for Splatoon, Mario Kart 8, Smash 4, and a fourth one i forget There are a lot more than 4 games worth playing on the wii u tho

I also use a PC on my TV. I have a wireless keyboard with built-in trackpad, and Windows 10 automatically magnifies the text. It's pretty sweet.
