I can’t say whether King is a good or bad writer but he does seem to like Misery porn Batman so fans turning against that shouldn’t be surprising

King's a good writer, and this is what happens. He has a story arc, then he has a buffer issue or two. We'll get back to Nightwing and his brain injury in the next few weeks. What does that have to do with anything I said. Batman is poo poo and Batman must suffer aren’t the same thing.

Yeah Batman being an Atheist in the sense of how the Christians see god actually works. As in that sense the new gods aren’t really gods in that context. From a more pagan sense the new gods make sense as pagan gods are basically just really powerful wizards.

I mean I don’t see why Christians would care about Darkseid. He’s functionally no different from any super power being. He calls himself a god but he can’t do any of the poo poo they view as godlike
