As a Canadian, I've only been to

Arches
Canyonlands

And technically Glacier although it was by boat for only an hour.

I've seen Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef 100% for sure, and probably quite a few others from planes in that longitudinal corridor.
