Game is good. Found a couple guns/items that were references to other things. A gun that shoots bouncing, piercing sawblades that was a reference to Super Meat Boy and the "Cog of Battle" which gives you active reload ala Gears of War.

Dunno if it's technically a hidden thing or not, but Try pushing a table into a pit. Gets you a pretty funny achievement.
