I think ep 1 was chapter 1, ep 2 was ... chapter 5 and 7, ep 3 was 3 and 6? Or so my friend says. Not a big deal, as a lot of this stuff in interchangeable, as long as the proper characters are introduced at the proper time.

Naw, nothin' bad here. Just a quirk of the anime, not sure why they did it - but it works. If you don't want to see stuff in the manga before the anime, don't read the manga before the anime's done. But really, this isn't a plot-heavy manga, so it's not like you'll spoil yourself on the ... cute witchy slice-of-life stuff.

I can watch things like this and Dagashi Kashi and Kumamiko, but I can't watch anime adaptations of manga like Hunter X Hunter and so on because I already know what happens and they're so plot-heavy. While with these I actually look forward to seeing the anime because I'm like "Oh boy, I can't wait to see how they animated [x] scene!  "

Ooh man, that Hero Academia anime. I know the plot, but seeing it animated is great - it's a breath of fresh air for a shounen mag/anime. The scene from today's ep where he's falling... just brutal to see it animated. So for me, some plot heavy manga are like that too.

I like how chill about this magic business Chinatsu has gotten. Over a couple episodes she's gone from "Ahh! Scary Bird Guy!  " to "Kawaii Dog Girl!  " and it's great.

I love the manga and I love the anime possibly even more. Its been long enough since I checked it out so that I have forgotten most of it so stuff like still caught me totally off guard in the best way! Also, off topic but why do so many people have Lum for avatars at the moment?
