For dental hygiene, I recommend an electronic toothbrush. You don't need to buy an expensive one - a $5 disposable one is sufficient and should last about a year. I haven't had a cavity since I started using one.

It just seems like either a scam for internet money, or at least for reddit fame. They're probably just karma-farming so they can sell their account.
