You'd think this but I recall a news article from a couple years ago where a guy attempted to use them at a Best Buy and ended up handcuffed for hours until some federal official showed up and confirmed that they were, indeed, actual legit currency. If I remember right the reason the dude had so many was that he had something to do with running tours for foreign tourists who liked the novelty of the things. To be fair, I think part of the problem with the bills was also that they were sequentially numbered?
