I mean the whole route C is the cast finding their reasoning beyond just their built in motivations. Plus the androids basically abandoned the struggle being their main motive before the game really began, helping the YOHRA units but living their own lives. Having a character vocalize this to the camera seems really unnecessary and kind of corny.
