I am in debt to my family nearly $8,000 in lawyers fees as well as thousands in restitution fees and probation fees. I lost my license indefinitely and totaled my car. I lost my job, because I needed my car to do my job (I have since thankfully gotten a much better job). And to be sincere, that is the tip of my iceberg of problems that happened in 2014 alone.


Ultimately I got it to remind myself that since then I have made great strides in my life to improve it. I got in therapy, put on proper medication, went through a 3 month long anger management course, got a better job, started working out, and dropped all my bad friends and have started to make new better ones, quit smoking. I want to look at it and remind myself that 2014 was the worst possible version of myself, and that every day forward is a day I can improve myself and be better than the 2014 version of me. Which was easily my rock bottom. Every day I can't ignore the fact that I have to be a better person than I once was. And also never to forget the things that did happen to me. Because as lovely as they are, those things are what brought me to the point where I actually turned my life around. Without them I still would probably be a half assed shmuck who isn't interested in being the best possible version of myself.

I was in a car crash that was headlight to headlight. because there was yelling and arguing before hand it was considered intentional by the law. even though it was an absolute complete genuine mistake and I didn't intend to hit his car at all. there was 3 people in the other car which is why the gave me 3 counts of A&B with a dangerous weapon (car).

I would never try and hurt someone or ruin my own car intentionally. I'm not THAT stupid.

though yes I did hit a kid with a shovel for loving my ex. and he was my roommate. and kinda deserved it. and that was wrong and I shouldn't have done that and the proper course of action should have just been to walk away and say "gently caress all these people I'm out" and moved on with my life. but I didn't. I reacted poorly.

my car related problems are merely from all from a small car crash that had some yelling going on before it happened, and again, I didn't do it intentionally.
