On a different note, I discovered that there was a similar parade in Roma a couple of weeks ago. Two noteworthy things: it was apparently sponsored by several foreign diplomatic missions (didn't know Quebec had their own mission independent of the Canadian one, plus note how the Germans are the only ones who deign to write in Italian on their logo), and the route didn't take the parade anywhere near the Papist HQ. The latter seems like a bit of a missed opportunity.

Best not to antagonize the relatively cool pope.

Also "hypersexualized" is a bit far and pretty wrong feeling when a lot of other stuff is still struggling to get past all their lady characters wearing boobplate or having inexplicable boob window armor. Meanwhile this is the gay shootlady.

This is all mutually true. Blizzard is SLIGHTLY, better then most companies out there. Also they replaced that butts victory pose with something more apt. :glomp:

Serious talk, is it just me or do the characters who get the most homo fan art also have the most vocal homophobic fanbases? This isn't the first time I've seen a character with tons of really explicit homosexual fan porn made that has a bit of a backlash when it becomes "canon".

Something something, girl/girl porn is hot, guy/guy porn is hot, actual homosexual relationships are an offense to human civilization, something something.
