Oh no we've been separated from our dear moogle friend how will we ever cope?

Yeah, we'll probably forget all about him once we get a good meal from what's her face here.

Well, dude was not built for dungeoning. He was built for sitting on giant piles of items so nobody else could steal them.

That was a pretty neat boss fight. Does our White Mage buddy ever cure-nuke it?

Maybe she actually owns two houses! Or she's got... relatives? Adoptive parents?

Man, she just got wrecked by Riposte and that rear end in a top hat doesn't even acknowledge it.

So we can just call on Ramuh once a dungeon now? I'm pretty sure we didn't do all that just for a one-shot item.

Oh, interesting. So you get small permanent character boosts by making equipment and using it until it breaks. That's a pretty neat system to encourage you to use stuff up.

I like how they're not afraid to use the idea of Kwehry as a magical creature, what with the boost feathers and all.

Casting a lonely vote for instant death, because it's likely to work within roguelike constraints.

Yeah, the name "Ribbon Saddle" just makes me think of Kwehry as the prop for some glam-rock album cover. Neat to see that you can create special titles through the application of various gear, though.

Man, having an adventurer stumble into your lair and then just nope on out of there must be a big morale boost for a dungeon boss.

Well, that or a huge letdown depending on how much they like good fights.

It really feels like they went full hog on equipment effects for this game. Generally I didn't think the Mysterious Dungeon games were too big on those.

Agh! Yeah, that's the problem fighting some rear end in a top hat with time travel! If you heroically sacrifice yourself to take him to the future some alternate version of him or a continuous version of him from after your death is just going to come back again!

Yeah, when Bahamut hit the eye I thought were were going to jump in the thing while it was still flying around. But I suppose it wouldn't be much of a roguelike final dungeon if it was tough to get back into. Thanks, black mages. Thackmages.
