But even my MAcy's not going to be of much use in a few years. I think the end goal is to speed things up enough on the front end that all you need at the back end is a single, haggard lawyer with one arm hooked up to a caffeine drip and the other to either a whiskey or some other cheap spirit while they blur their way through all the docs ever. And then on the hour a tube is shoved up their nose to blast a mixture cocaine, modafinil, ritalin, and meth to keep them going.

'AI' in the general sense is different from 'General AIs' or even 'Human-like AI', sometimes you can make a very stupid AI that can automate a job, it doesn't become less of a thing just because that AI isn't generally intelligent Usually this is a good thing (except for the jobs that it displaces) because if you can easily write a dumb AI to do it it probably wasn't the most stimulating task
