While it is not further south than larger places on Tierra del Fuego, it is colder and more isolated due to the conditions in the "Roaring Forties" of the Southern Ocean.

I want to take over one of the mountainous islands, and carve a network of tunnels into those mountains to make a fortress. Drill down and set up some underwater entrances. It would be super rad.
