My oh my, you are quite lucky I was researching how to resolve that exact problem yesterday. Here's a video that may help you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WwcPuRSe4c If that tutorial doesn't work, you may have to follow the steps in this tutorial instead. The youtube video should be enough to solve the problem, but I can't help but love that "make a copy of the program, and the copy will have the compatibility option for some reason" works. I currently have two copies of Windows Media Player -- the normal sized one, and a slightly bigger version.
