I don't know), if they are no longer actively contesting it then the overtime rapidly drops overtime counter will reset if you kick them off, and then they get back on though

D.va is strong because she can get up in peoples faces, and when her mech is gone, poke at people until her mech is back up a D.va that can get away and consistently resummon her mech is frustrating and just soaks up damage that would otherwise be killing squishier teammates
