I get the reasons why it isn't a thing for now, but a level editor and workshop support would make SUPERHOT infinitely replayable.

This makes the 128GB version more unnecessary too, right? I'm glad I held off because short of this happening, I was about to buy a Rift S. They'd be risking a developer riot, if they didn't at least leave it open for SteamVR, and developer support is probably above hardware advancement on the priority list now. Using the onboard Snapdragon to augment PC performance sounds exactly like a thing John Carmack would pursue. I'm interested to see him comment on it. Sorry for the telegram post. I have a sliced finger covered in paper towel and blue tape while I wait for it to stop bleeding.

Hopefully the third party market will step in on the Quest's comfort issues more now that it's the de facto lead SKU.

Has anyone tried one of those overhead cable suspension setups? I don't care about aesthetics in my ugly computer room, so I figured I'd try one if they work well.

Good thing it's eye exam time anyway because it looks like prescription lens covers are going to be necessary for me.

Virtual Desktop is pretty great with the sideload turning SteamVR support back on. $20, but it was about as turnkey as you can get without a native solution. I definitely need a router upgrade, though. Mine's embarrassingly old. I think I gotta sit the Quest down until I get my lenses in. I have enough astigmatism in one eye that it looks like I've rubbed vaseline on the lens, and even with the spacer installed, my glasses make direct lens contact(thankfully no scratches). I think I strained my eyes enough last night that I'm going to have to limit my regular screen time today. Enos Cabell posted:Seriously?? There goes any interest I had in that. Sim games without VR support just seem pointless now. Are there any good driving experiences that aren't all about racing? Clitch fucked around with this message at 18:07 on Sep 30, 2019 |

Skyrim VR is on sale for $30. Worth it?

That's good info. I'll probably pick it up. Is there anything like Infra in VR to scratch my UrbEx itch?

Rocksmith basically plays deaf and blind to a very robust custom song community, and they sell a fuckton of DLC.

Try your GPU in another PCI-E slot, if you can.
