The problem with kids is the same like with dogs. On their own at home they might be just fine and calm. When you put two together, they start getting rowdy. 20-30 of them and there's no way you're going to get them all to calm down just by shouting at them or expecting them to behave. But parents are also really poo poo, so it's a combo of the two.
