they provide a tool to convert the arf into mp4, but it works in real-time.

Native mp4 for meeting center is coming shortly if you don't actually already have it .

Its obviously going to be composited.

We had one go in that the designer spec some poo poo that uses an honest to god telephone line. So not only does it sound like rear end but they were shocked the conference room could only "conference" one person at a time! Oops!

Correct that is a documented limitation for the way those handle SIP messaging in some cases

That is a setting that has always been present in the UCM.
