So I was reading this profile of the new New Zealand Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern She's from the "Labour Party", but does that mean a genuine centre-left party? I'm wary of labels not meaning what they mean. It says she's a former staffer for Blair, and that she wants to "cut immigration", but the decriminalizing abortion and free college parts of the platform seem good. Anyone have more background on this?
