So a chick is going after Corbyn's seat? And 2 chicks are fighting for the Tory Iron Thrones. I hope Hilary pick Warran as her running mate because I want to see this all-female reboot. Merkel

I think the republicans want to make Brexit work because Obama said Brexit was dumb and they all hate Obama therefore they think Brexit is good. Of course US wants Brexit. EU as a political regional superpower has been greatly weaken after 2008 financial crisis, the Brexit is a final blow to ensure EU is nothing a first tier superpower. A divided europe also let America manipulate the European geopolitic much easier through the NATO and IMF platforms. The President of US when dealing international affairs, always act in the best interest of US, it doesn't matter if it's Obama or a Republican president who make the deals..

The globalization bankers actually don't share a lot of interest with the poor regional racists and young city liberals, they are trying to hide themselves from the central conflict. It's not that hard to buy themselves out of the spotlight if the political machine is a 2-party system.

Real life Game of Thrones spoiling the book is awesome. Book hasn't reached the War of the Five Queens yet. The IRL version already have Queen Merkel, Sturgeon, May? We just need Clinton take control of her house and maybe Eagle flay Corbyn and we will have a proper War of the Five Queens.

The Brits never wanted to be part of the Europe. They wanted to be part of EU when their economy was poo poo; keep voting no on most of the integration issues to slow down the progress of EU; wanted out when the economy is doing decently. The politicians are all open or secret brexiters. Cameron organized a referendum when the national anti-EU sentiment is high, so they can hide themselves behind the "national mandate". Oldman Corbyn is a brexiter too, he barely did anything in the referendum campaign. "The EU is in a chaotic state, I think it's time to jump ship" said UK. "You have done your job well, come back and debrief" said US.
