That poo poo looks too much like a Jerusalem Cherry and not enough like a Cape Gooseberry for me to eat it. Voting don't eat. Orange Gooseberries tend to be "wrapped" in leaves and not looking like that.

But you did say it's sweet and the toxic one is much more like a tomato flavor. So who knows man.
