It's part of our core, they'd have to nuke us to get rid of that trait. when I lived in Sweden a lot of people would use a fare avoidance insurance scheme just to pay a little less to ride the fantastic subway system and they'd justify it by saying that the public transportation system wasn't good enough for them. stockholm is great btw
