I grew up in a very poor area with a stray/feral dog pack problem.* The most recent time I was back I saw lots of pit bulls mixed in with the ubiquitous strays, some clearly wild-born. It's just a matter of time before those packs cause some big time harm.
* It would be more honest to say that we lived in a hosed up area, which included people dumping unwanted dogs and not getting their pets fixed. That hasn't changed but now that giant killdogs are popular in the moron population we now have two problems.

Really? Are they crossed with pitbulls because they aren't normally aggressive enough on their own? I'm going to sound like a pit bull owner here but I've literally never seen or heard of a bull mastiff that wasn't a gigantic lazy puppy.
Have you tried placing it alone with an infant?
