No cape kid in my school but there was a goth guy who had multiple trenchcoats for the different seasons. He was quite proud of the variety.

This isn't a cape story but there was this creepy kid named Eric who wore a khaki vest - the kind with like 50 pockets on it - every single day in high school. Eric was an outcast among outcasts, most of the goths and skids thought he was a basket case and barely tolerated him.

I saw Eric recently. Still wearing that vest.
