No cloak, but there was a kid who wore the same slacks, button up shirt and vest combo everyday. Complete with briefcase.

We had that kid, too. He even brought his briefcase to prom (stag, of course).

Just remembered he had a fedora too. He may also have had a pocket watch, but I won't commit to that one. Going for the full set bonus.
