BW3 has the same problem all commercial wings have: they cook them with cool oil and short time. I know it seems too long to do 12-14 minutes, but you have to be patient. With fresh oil, they come out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Your oil needs to be hot as gently caress and kissing the coffin corner when it comes to smoke-point. I do 12 minutes at just short of bursting into flame without using any seasoning or dredge. You have to be *very* careful with temp as to the kaboom factor. Then chuck them in a metal mixing bowl and toss with a mess of Franks, CRP, and whatever proprietary blend of weird-rear end hot sauce you like and shake the mo-fo like your life depends on it. Serve too hot to heat. Both piquante and caliente. Now I want wings... drat you all to hell.

I go to Buffalo Wild Wings with my girlfriend a lot. We always get boneless wings and I used to get Parmesan garlic but she doesn't like them much so I don't get them anymore. Thai curry and Spicy garlic are also good but I sure do like the Parmesan garlic
