Who in WWE did the get all the titles gimmick? I know lance storm tried in Wcw and angle in tna right? That's gotta be a hard gimmick to pitch "yeah I want to be the best and have all the belts, sounds good right? "

It's the Triple Crown (All Japan's unified main title), plus the IWGP and AJPW tag belts. I think he held all of those at the same time in 2002.
