Honest question: if this were in any way true, why? If Bill Hicks wanted to start a radio show in the late 90s he'd be much much more popular than Alex Jones is today. You might say then, "Oh, well he's not interested in popularity" but if that was the case, why go on the radio? Who exactly would benefit from Bill Hicks getting some second rate plastic surgery and coming back into the public eye with a different name (and different accent).
