i don't know why they are all labelled under one umbrella, thats like saying chinese, japanese , and koreans are all alike because they're asian, or all south americans are just spanish even though people from chile are different than people from venezuela or brazil like what does a gay man and a lesbian woman or a transgender queer have in common besides not being heterosexual?

In fact, I grew up gay in a tiny Bible belt town in the 90's, which is probably a lot different than it is now, or in a big city. Everyone's experiences are quite unique, so lumping them all together seems disingenuous.
