From what I've read from the Carmageddon news they keep mailing me (I never remember to toggle that thing off), it'll be a separate entry on your steam library.

Thanks for the heads up! I didn't recieve a email so I could have missed its launch for really long. Going to give it a try and see if they really improved upon reincarnation.
