 Autopilot should not be blamed for any of the accidents as the driver has the ability to override it any time and should be aware of what is happening.

Just like Pokemon Go should not blamed for idiots crossing highways and getting hit by vehicles.

Why can't anybody accept responsibility for their actions any more?
