When the SA Chapo threads talk Leftist drama (especially the other one, or about Twitter poo poo on both), it seems like the World of in-person community-focused Leftist action is overrun with assholes and petty gossips. If I wanted to deal with bullies and social climbers then I'd deal with social situations in fun clubs or lucrative jobs. I donated enough to the NYC DSA for a lifetime membership and have never attended a meeting because I cringe at the thought of "building coalitions" with these loving narcissists. I'm going to attend a session at some point but I know it won't be a cross section of my neighborhood or NYC as a whole, it'll be the people that go to Chapo live shows and don't understand when Will reps Street Fight

Cumtown is good. I didn't know what politics were until I gave Chapo a try after listening to Big Dick Will Menaker's guest appearance on Cum Town where they talk about Star Trek. A few days later I was campaigning for the Jason Kenney campaign in Alberta.

I liked chapo first because it reminded me of LF. I liked cum town only after several episodes because it reminded me of pre-nazi 4chan.
