Not enough allegories for Turkish politics, is this even a DC universe movie?

Mike Pence just won an election in part because of the elitist and out of touch liberalism of the Clinton campaign. Let's have King George scold him, that'll teach him.

This just makes me want to dig out my copy of Nixonland and look up the part where Nixon was visiting some South American city as VP and local protestors pelted his limo with rocks and bottles. Nixon dined out on that story for decades; his supporters and donors loved it when he told them about how he stood up to the filthy leftist rabble who hated America.

That game theory twitter meltdown was one of the most GBS things I've read in ages and it's great Genius allows people to make FYAD mock threads on the fly.

Alex Pareene is good and it's a shame every media outlet he's been attached to has imploded. His annual Hack List was always fun.

I don't think anyone mentioned it yet but David Cross giving Felix poo poo for misusing "literally" was the best because you could tell that was the sort of thing Felix would normally clown on someone for doing on Twitter but it's David Cross so he just mumbles.

Been listening to Street Fight lately. I'm pretty sure it's the Joe Rogan of the left.

I was listening to a live call-in Street Fight sometime last year and after Bryan had gone off for a while on why he thinks drunk driving should be legal after 3am they got a call from a woman who had been picked up on a DUI in Arizona and held in Sheriff Joe Arpaio's illegal prison camp out in the desert. According to her it loving sucked.

Street Fight is very good and deserves to be heard by a much wider audience.

What is it with subreddits almost invariably turning against the people they're about? It seems to happen across the spectrum (see: Sam Harris' sub)

Episode 129 of E1 is best-of clip show, not a bad place to start.

The ones they did for the charity stream awhile back were mostly pretty good. And if you liked This Is Sus, you should listen to the live reading they did during the charity stream of Felix's script for his network TV drama, Comatown.

I dunno. I've noticed that Virgil hasn't actually said any new words since he rejoined the cast and I'm wondering if "Virgil" is actually just Chris cutting up old audio and what we are getting is actually just synthesized audio, like way back when that goon made a bizarre creation mythology just by splicing Obama's audiobook.

I haven't thought of that fake Obama audiobook in years. A simpler time when you could splice together nonsense without worrying about Q weirdos taking it seriously.

You see, in order to get Zizek you really need to read Lacan. But I know what you're thinking: Lacan is rambling gibberish, how can I be expected make sense of this?
