It's all scaled, right, which is why you can't throw a grenade and have every enemy on the map immediately wilt. Clearly the old 29/30 during VoG initially is gone but per LLs, it seems like the enemies will do slightly more damage and you'll do slightly less. The real advantage is that drops from those early raids are now worth something rather than dropping at 170 light or whatever.

I've got an OAS/Counterbalance/Braced Frame/Full Auto Hopscotch Pilgrim. Are these things any good? I need to start looking for a decent PvP weapon since my Colovance's Duty doesn't seem like it can keep up any more. (Maybe it's me.)
