I've seen it before. I have no idea what caused it. I was running strikes with some people and all the deaths were names of people we had never heard of. It was pretty weird and only lasted one strike.

Yes it happens if you complete extra bounties, generally from IB or something and no you get 19 strange coins all the time from Shaxx and its garbage as hell.

I can guarantee you that both Sony and MS game developer licenses have provisions that prevent Bungie from discriminating specifically against people based on the quality of their internet services unless it literally can't connect at all.

Since when do non sidearms have muzzle velocity that could be increased.

Right ok but

If a gun has any muzzle velocity beyond instant (hit scan) that's kind of a big deal. I mean none of the primaries currently do that. They are all hit scan. Is it a non hit scan primary? That's kinda crazy.

Yeah I was assuming it was gunna be a bad gun before but not being hit scan makes it even worse. It just surprised me that nobody was mentioning it.

Unless it's just Bungie writing dumb bullshit in perk slots because they can't keep their poo poo straight.
